1.      Call Workshop to Order.

2.      To hold a workshop to review a proposal from the Chebeague Island Community Association (CICA) regarding the use of Town property for affordable housing.

3.      Call Business Meeting to Order.

4.      Old Business

a.      To see if the Selectmen will take any action regarding the CICA Proposal.

b.      To set a date for the regular Selectmen Meeting in November (the second Wednesday falls on a holiday).

c.       To see if the Selectmen will approve the settlement described in a 10/22/09 letter from Geoff Hole, Esq. (representing the Town of Chebeague Island) to David Lourie, Esq. (representing certain Wharf Road abutters).

d.      To see if the Selectmen will authorize a signature for a joint letter expressing support for the use of certain portion of Town property between the School and Recreation Center buildings for a proposed Kid’s Place structure.

e.      Approve Warrant.
