Special Meeting of the Board of Selectmen

Location: Parish Hall

 

 

1. Call meeting to order.

 

2. Public Comment.

 

3. Approval of Warrant #16.

 

4. To have the Selectmen approve a special process to approve the final Expense Warrant for expenses through the end of the fiscal year on June 30th, 2009.

 

Explanation: Normally warrants are reviewed and signed at public meetings. This special case allows the final warrant of the year to be approved by obtaining a majority of Selectman signatures gathered by the Town Clerk.

 

5. To have the Board Elect a Chairman and Vice Chairman in accordance with Ch. 11 Art. II sec. 106 of the Town of Chebeague Island Code of Ordinances.

 

6. To have the Selectmen approve the renewal of a Special Amusement Permit for the Chebeague Island     Hall & Community Center.

 

7. To have the Selectmen set the agenda items for the next regular meeting.

 

8. Adjourn meeting.

 

 

At its discretion the Board may adjourn to a workshop to begin the discussion of selectmen’s goals for fiscal year 2009-2010.
