a.       To see if the Board will take up unfinished budget business:

                                                               i.      Compensation review: Town Clerk, Harbormaster/Warden, Public Works Foreman, Health Officer

                                                             ii.      To approve the 2010/2011 Budget.

b.      To see if the Selectmen will set a date for a meeting to approve the warrant for the June 5th Town Meeting.

c.       To hear a report from CICA’s Affordable Housing Committee regarding schoolhouse road property and the MSHA grant guidelines.

d.      To see if the Selectmen will take any action regarding the agreement  with the Chebeague & Cumberland Land Trust regarding the right of first refusal agreement for the town parcel known as the Curit property.

e.      To see if the Board of Selectmen will set a date for a public hearing for Victualers, Special Amusement & Liquor Licenses.

f.        To see if the selectmen will fill a vacancy in the Coastal Waters Commission.

g.       To see if Selectmen will authorize the chair to sign a letter of support for the SHIP grant application on behalf of the Board.

5.       Approve Previous Minutes (2/10,  2/24,  3/10, 3/17, 4/4, 4/7, 4/14, 4/25, 4/27).

6.       Approve Warrant.
