3.      Approval of Warrant #17.

Explanation: Selectmen voted on 6/24/09 to allow the Clerk to collect signatures at will for the final warrant of the fiscal year as long as the amount did not exceed $10,000. Warrant #17 will exceed this amount so it will be taken up at this special meeting.

4.      Adjourn.
