When:The Board of Selectmen will hold an emergency meeting Wednesday September 2nd 2009 at 4:30 pm at the Yarmouth Town Office on Main Street, Yarmouth Maine pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. § 405 to discuss the legal rights of the Board relative to certain aspects of the Cousin’s Island turn-around access project.
