3.      Request from the Chebeague Island Boat Yard (I02 lot 76), Paul Belesca, General Manager, to extend for two six month periods the approval of a minor site plan and a Shoreland Zoning Permit for the replacement of the existing boat shed with a new shed.  The approval was granted on April 30, 2009.
