a.       To see if the Selectmen will authorize the renewal of the Right of First Refusal and Easement Option Agreement between the Town and the Chebeague & Mainland Land Trust.

b.      To see if Selectmen will approve a contract renewal with the Animal Refuge League.

c.       To see if Selectmen will approve the following policy statements:

                                                               i.      Stone Wharf Seasonal Float System

                                                             ii.      Recommending a Mil Rate to the Assessor

d.      To see if the Selectmen will consider draft ordinances for the Ordinance workshop set for February 23^rd.

e.      To see if the Selectmen will set a date for a workshop to discuss the Capital Improvement and Maintenance Plan.

f.        To see if the Selectmen will set a date for a workshop discuss how to develop Town property – case study: Kid’s Place.

5.       Approve Previous Minutes.
