The Road Plan Committee will hold a meeting on Wednesday, December 11th, 2013 at the Town Office beginning at 3:30pm

  1. Call to order

  2. Introduction and discussion of meeting purpose and goals.

  3. Review and discuss the Road Plan Committee Ordinance.

  4. Hear reports on road maintenance and capital work performed to date and planned for the remainder of fiscal year 2013-2014.

  5. Discuss road maintenance and capital work for the 2014-2015 fiscal year.

  6. Establish a process to update the Road Plan.

  7. Public comments and questions.

  8. Adjourn.
