Chebeague Island follows Maine State laws regarding fireworks safety.  We encourage you use smart practices and remember that fireworks are inherently dangerous, should NEVER be used by anyone under 18 at anytime..even a sparkler generates over 1200 degrees of heat (as a comparison, glass melts at 900 degrees).
